Proportional sizing

Planned improvements

• Add the v.d.e option in a suitable way.
• Add Template to options.  Done
• Somehow show differently Chess Portal, maybe at top or bottom, as it's not really a navigation page like the others.  Done
• Make vandal resistant. If possible and within policy.
• Merge WPChess MenuClosed amd WPChess MenuOpen together with some sort of toggle state.  Done
