I appreciate your interest on Wikipedia. To be included in the article namespace (no prefix), articles must meet some requirements. Once your Draft: article meets them and is accepted, it will be moved to the main namespace. In the meanwhile, you cannot create a redirect to it, and I have tagged it for deletion.
