-The organization is very good, you use a good range of specificity by starting out very general and narrowing down a bit within sections to use individual species as examples. Some extra background information on crayfish in general may make things clearer.

-Tone is good. Some small examples of wordiness, like you can just say "Cambarus jonesi and other cave-dwellers.." and cut out "species like" under vulnerability section.

-Consider rewording the second sentence of the "description" section, it's a little confusing.

-It may be nice to have more general description of the physiology of the genus. You have size, but consider adding more characteristics: What do they look like? How are they different from other genera in the family? Same with behavior, consider talking about feeding habits, predator evasion, etc.

-Add links for New Brunswick, anthropogenic, and exoskeletons (wikipedia pages). Also some species names aren't linked.

-You say they're "one of the largest genera," just specify if you mean out of crayfish or in general.

-Images may add interest to the page.
