Hi again. Please get in touch. She's the person assigned to your course. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:38, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi Jmissy, to edit the page you need to click the edit tab, which will appear in the top right hand portion of the page.

Once you click that, the page should allow you to type in content. If you aren't seeing VisualEditor, follow the directions here to enable it. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:51, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome!

Hello, Jmissy, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

User:Jmissy/sandbox

[edit]

An article you recently created, User:Jmissy/sandbox, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to back to your sandbox where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. jcc (tea and biscuits) 21:31, 10 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
