List of Britney Spears promo tours

[edit]

I was just wondering why would you nominate it for deletion? It was just temporary until List of Britney Spears concert tours became FL (it met the criteria with the layout i did). After that, i was planning to do the same with the promo tours page. Xwomanizerx (talk) 04:06, 29 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The concert tour article is not weak. However, i made up all the promo tours sections months ago when i didn't know about GA, FA and FL. Those columns have no sources whatsoever and are fancrufty. Its article should be deleted and the information not added to the concert tour article. I suggest you take a look at the standards we have to meet at List of concert tours by Michael Jackson and The Jackson 5. Xwomanizerx (talk) 05:40, 29 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I understand what you're saying. What you're trying to do is the same thing i did with ...Baby One More Time Tour and Crazy 2K Tour. Crazy 2K was a stub because it was basically an extension on the first leg in terms of choreography, stage and setlist. So that's why i merged it. The thing is that Crazy 2K received third party notability, where as the only promo tour to have this from Britney is the mall tour. In any case, there should be a separate section between the lead section and the concert tours section where the mall tour should be listed without a setlist, since there are no sources for it. Do you agree? Xwomanizerx (talk) 05:58, 29 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, there must be some source for the mall tour because i read it somewhere. Still, the other promo tours were made up by me a few months ago, copied from a similar article in List of Madonna concert tours. The setlist, as you'll see, consists of every performance she ever did on TV shows. That doesn't mean she performed it at every show. So it is still b.s. lol. The promo tours are a complete fabrication and should be taken out from an article that may met FL criteria. The performances and promotion for each album is already listed on the albums Promotion section. Xwomanizerx (talk) 06:16, 29 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

May I enquire as to what this edit is all about? Regards, SunCreator (talk) 02:52, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Singles Collection singles edits

[edit]

Please, since i'm the one who nominated and helped promote most of the articles you edited to GA, i wish you could just ask me if you're going to do an edit like this. The format is actually a boxset, and not a "box" as you edited. I know you're not a vandal, so i just wanted to make that clear. Xwomanizerx (talk) 04:30, 20 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Promo singles

[edit]

No, they don't have to be mentioned. See examples of promo singles that are GA such as Beautiful, Dirty, Rich. Xwomanizerx (talk) 03:36, 27 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Britney's Other EPs

[edit]

Ok, so I have been looking into this for a week now and I see no site rule saying what EP's can and not be included in a template. However, other users have stated that a template is made for easy navigation around a certain subject. So shouldn't we add Britney's others EP's to the template? --Shadow (talk) 02:05, 5 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Britney Spears videography. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Britney Spears videography. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:05, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

And Then We Kiss

[edit]

Well, my main reason for deleting the section was that there's actually no information about the song that can't be included in the rest of the article. If you read B in the Mix, you'll see that every section has some information about ATWK as an album song. It has no special coverage whatsoever; when I added all the information in the rest of the article, the only thing left was the infobox and the tracklisting. And as stated in WP:NSONGS, every song with only a tracklisting shouldn't have a page (I don't think even a section). About the Madonna article, I think it was a quick way (as I did previously) of merging the articles, but I don't think it's correct. I followed the example of The Cherrytree Sessions (Lady Gaga EP), which was deleted and is mentioned in her discography. Not every song, every album has to have a separate article if it has not received major coverage. And frankly, Britney didn't give ATWK much attention (not a music video, not a live performance)... Why should we? Xwomanizerx (talk) 13:11, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Fortunato luigi, I'm starting the article for "Till the World Ends". However, the song isn't notable enough to have an article (right now), so I'm collecting all the info that I can to edit the article later when the song enter on any chart... If you can help, I would be very grateful! Thanks! :) - Sauloviegas (talk) 02:04, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
