The article Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Márquez IV you nominated as a good article has been placed on hold . The article is close to meeting the good article criteria, but there are some minor changes or clarifications needing to be addressed. If these are fixed within 7 days, the article will pass; otherwise it may fail. See Talk:Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Márquez IV for things which need to be addressed. Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Márquez IV

Hi Angelo6397. My review on Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Márquez IV is now six days old and not much has changed to the article since then. I'm afraid that if no substantial changes are made to the article by tomorrow, I'm going to have to fail it. Thanks. Good888 (talk) 09:20, 17 August 2015 (UT

I know your intentions were of the best; but state legislators are deemed inherently notable, per WP:POLITICIAN. Believe me, I'm going to flesh out the stub when I have more time; but since I had provided six or seven categories and a stub template, and there are at least two links to this article already, the speedy was inappropriate. --Orange Mike | Talk 19:56, 3 September 2015 (UTC)

I'm sorry for my mistake, hope you understand me. Thanks for letting me know that it is notable. I thought it is not notable because it has no references before. –Angelo6397 T A L K! 13:54, 4 September 2015 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Art Dela Cruz requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

More of a G8 criteria. Art Dela Cruz is the common name of Arthur dela Cruz's father. But because this page redirects to Arthur dela Cruz, other pages that really link to his father now redirects to him.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Proposed deletion of Rodel de Leon

The article Rodel de Leon has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Nothing notable here except he was awarded an MVP plum. However, NAASCU is a minor college sports association in the Philippines (I do not know if NAASCU is even notable). UAAP and NCAA is the two major college tourneys. Also, this player never really played professionally. He was just drafted by a team but did not get into a roster.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Image without license

Thanks for uploading File:Ex Battalion on Tondo Manila, July 29, 2017.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. You need a lot more RS to establish notability. None of these look like are going to pass muster.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Angelo Acosta moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Angelo Acosta, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Eddie Garcia

I'd like to talk to you regarding some of your edits. Firstly, the word "film" is preferred over "movie" as the latter term is kinda informal to write in this site; I saw a diff in which you had changed "motion picture" to "movie". Don't. Secondly, never cite the IMDb as source of information as it's a user-generated website (like Wikipedia) and thus not a reliable source, as per WP:RS/IMDB. Lastly, how can we know for sure that the photo File:Eddie Garcia, 2019.png really belongs to you? Keep in mind that this site takes copyright violations seriously. Slightlymad (talkcontribs) 03:54, 21 June 2019 (UTC)

I'll note all of that, that photo belongs to me, I uploaded it on my personal account. [1] -–Angelo6397 T A L K! 05:56, 21 June 2019 (UTC)
Wait a sec. You've had a nice photo of Manoy all along, but you're only uploading this after his death? How come? Slightlymad (talkcontribs) 11:15, 21 June 2019 (UTC)
If you will check on the page revisions, I only started editing his article when the news came out and I'm not really that active in Wikipedia anymore dude. I have job. You can see on my edit counts that I edit a few times in a month only. -–Angelo6397 T A L K! 11:28, 21 June 2019 (UTC)
Could you explain why you removed the fact that Eddie did star in gay roles in this edit? The source does mention this fact. Slightlymad (talkcontribs) 03:00, 22 June 2019 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:Eddie Garcia younger.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Eddie Garcia younger.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 17:05, 27 June 2019 (UTC)

Re: Edit warring committed by User:Barneysss

Good day!

I dropped by your talk page to seek your help in reporting User:Barneysss as he is engaging in edit warring over several pages. It has come to my attention that you have previously reported the said user for edit warring, that's why I turned to you for help in dealing with him. He justifies his actions by saying his reversion of my, and others' edits be they extended confirmed users or anonymous editors are in accord with the rules of Wikipedia, but it appears he doesn't have a clear grasp of the said rules. What he does is impose his will on the said pages to make sure that his edit becomes the definitive version of any given page that he so choose to watch. Because of his edit warring, it could be said that he is likewise a disruptive editor. It has also been observed by other editors that his reversion of edits are unconstructive. That's why I am imploring your aid protecting said pages from Barneysss' disruptive and unconstructive editing which he continues to impose even if there has formed an implied consensus among the editors in the pages he watches. The fact that he does not agree with that implied consensus does not give him the license to impose his will and revert mine and several other editor's edits.

Warmest regards.

Unconstructive Edits

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Ex Battalion. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Mark Maglasang (talk) 08:12, 16 May 2020 (UTC)

Hello, I don't see any disruptive about the edit I made, I removed their real names in the member list because the information is not needed. I've been editing Wikipedia for a decade now. -–A6397 T A L K! 08:51, 16 May 2020 (UTC)

Do you even know Ex Battalion? How sure are you that such information isn’t needed? For your information, I’m the leader of Ex Battalion, I am Mark “Bosx1ne” Maglasang. This is my official wikipedia account. If you haven’t known, I am more adept with the group itself. Respect any of my edits in the group page for Ex Battalion. It’s like you’re invalidating what I’ve contributed through always revising it to what was wrong. Please refrain from doing so. Good day.🙂 Mark Maglasang (talk) 14:24, 16 May 2020 (UTC)

Hello, I wrote the article. I repeat, I am well-aware of Wikipedia's policies about vandalisms. And my edit isn't disruptive at all. I won't buy that you are actually Bosx1ne himself, I checked your edit history and how come would he spend time editing other articles like Janella Salvador, and a Legazpi Airport. -–A6397 T A L K!

Why do you care if I edit other pages? And what about you? You edit other pages, right? So don’t even accuse me that I am impersonating other people just because I edit other pages. Who are you anyway? Get a life.🙃 Mark Maglasang (talk) 08:32, 17 May 2020 (UTC)
