27.33.134.168 is geolocated to the Sydney, Australia area and they admitted that they use 2001:4479:6201:B00:21F9:EED1:C74D:6986 (geolocated to Subiaco, Western Australia area)[1]. 27.33.134.168 has also admitted to using 49.184.140.57 (geolocated to the Melbourne area) [2].
