Hello, I'm Tedickey. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. TEDickey (talk) 20:11, 22 August 2019 (UTC)
Sure - discuss it, but provide a reliable source. You did not do that yet. TEDickey (talk) 23:50, 22 August 2019 (UTC)
- I've twice referenced https://www.newyorker.com/contributors/john-mcphee in my edit summaries. The article makes reference to him writing for the New Yorker since the 1960s. I've read numerous essays by him there--is there something insufficient in the New Yorker bio? Thank you, 2601:188:180:1481:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 00:20, 23 August 2019 (UTC)
- Okay, I'm reading your thread here [1]. Won't continue to argue, but will welcome further comment from others. Thanks, 2601:188:180:1481:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 00:22, 23 August 2019 (UTC)
- I have added to the article talk page, having found multiple sources. 2601:188:180:1481:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 00:30, 23 August 2019 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
