This is a mess, because you tried to "move" a page by copying and pasting, thus losing the history of the cognomen page. Please don't do this. If you want to retitle a page, use "Move": if you can't, then use one of the methods on WP:RM, to get it moved or, if controversial, to start a discussion. Thanks. @OhHaiMark: Could you provide the link to your draft and what information do you need? I am a little busy at the moment but I will assist you when possible. I can find that the page states that its peak winds offshore were 120kts, peak winds in Taiwan reached 25m/s, its lowest pressure is 940 millibars, the place where the winds were highest was Hengchun, the most rain recorded was 231.6mm at Chenggong, Taitung, and that the amount of rain ranked 174th among 381 typhoons surveyed by the Central Weather Administration.
