Under Salt Marsh is an upcoming British Sky original television crime thriller series starring Kelly Reilly.
Premise
[edit]A former detective working as a school teacher in Wales discovers a body of a child which has similarities with a cold case from her past.[1]

Production
[edit]The six-part series is created by Clare Oakley who directs, along with Mary Nighy. Scott Bassett is series producer Oakley is also an executive producer alongside Elwen Rowlands for Little Door Productions and Megan Spanjian for Sky Studios. Kelly Reilly was cast in the lead role in August 2024.[2] In October 2024, Rafe Spall, Jonathan Pryce, Kimberley Nixon and Harry Lawtey joined the cast, amongst others.[3]
Filming began in October 2024, with the production taking place entirely in Wales.[4] Support for the project comes from Creative Wales.[5]
