Membership

Countries are members of the Commonwealth, not individuals. I suggest changing the text to either:

Being a resident of a Commonwealth country, this user will use Commonwealth English spelling - similar to {{User CommonwealthE Canadian}}

or simply This user uses Commonwealth English - similar to {{User British English}}.
