Book list

[edit]

Shouldn't there be a book list here? Granite26 22:19, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's rather late (by about 6 years) but this is now set as requested! Justin.Parallax (talk) 18:25, 5 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

In the article it's stated as a Role playing game and in a small box (under the cover) it's stated as a Horror game. So which one is it??? 84.240.12.176 (talk) 19:07, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Fixing up this article

[edit]

As my first actual contribution to Wikipedia, I'd really like to put some work into getting this page into a kind of tight order, bring it up to spec with its sister books like Vampire and Werewolf which are significantly more up-to-date and have a higher quality of presentation and content.

In order to do this, I'll be making the following changes.

- I want to provide a more accurate opening to this page. It lists connections to three other games, none of which (to my knowledge) are officially verified by White Wolf Publishing. I'll be moving those to their own section.

- Tightening up the language in the overview section and the system section.

- The Setting segment, while certainly full of detail, goes into significantly more in-character information than is required in this article. For example, I doubt that it's necessary to know about the outcast guilds and specters. I'll be presenting just the pertinent information, and if the reader wishes to learn more then I'm sure that they can seek the book itself.

- Speaking of the books themselves, they're currently in print again via pdf-to-print and I'll want to mention that.

There are currently two flags on this page, one stating that too much of the information is put across in an in-universe perspective, and another stating that it reads too much like an advertisement. Hopefully these changes will rectify that.

But please do be aware that these are my first large-scale edits, so do please help me out with any spelling or grammar mistakes that I make as I'm sure I'll be making loads and loads of them! And if anyone has any useful contributions they could offer or advice etc, please hit me up and let me know :) Justin.Parallax (talk) 10:51, 6 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
