Hi! It will be great to create an article on Whampoa Secondary School, which is a former secondary school in Singapore with rich heritage and significance, but was forced to close down in the 1990s.

A short summary of major stats of this school:

  • formerly one of the few recognised Chinese middle schools in Singapore
  • nominated by the ministry as one of the Special Assistance Plan schools in 1979, but was not approved.
  • First government-aided school to complete extension of school campus without government aid.
