The VDC operations appear to have gone into considerable decline in recent years. Many of the published reports on it's website are inaccessible and it's database can only be partially accessed via the wayback machine. Is this due to government harassment or caused more generally by the difficulty in obtaining reliable information of conditions on the ground? Rizamax24 (talk) 19:56, 19 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
