Contradiction

In the pros and cons section, "pay rates are often higher than the customary wages in a comparable permanent position" is listed as an advantage to working for a temp agency. a temporary worker may be making more per hour, but not enough to offset the benefits provided to the full time employee in most cases. i would edit it but this whole article is just awful and hopefully someone who is regularly editing it will take a look. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 159.153.4.51 (talk) 23:40, 5 February 2009 (UTC)

Pros section?

I've been a "temporary" employee for most of my adult life thanks to this economy. I've worked for more than a dozen different employment agencies from national to local scale. Never have I had the "flexible hours" mentioned in this article. I've gotten to pick a preferred shift, but there was no guarantee of receiving it. Furthermore, the scheduling is draconian and every agency I've worked for guarantees "immediate termination" should you miss any days within a set period of time (typically six months). Couple this with a Mandatory Overtime clause and you're looking at being forced to work 6 to 7 days a week or losing your job.
