This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... I have worked hard to learn the wikipedia process, and have contributed to multiple articles before attempting this one. I chose Pluralsight because it is a relatively new company, but compared to other companies in the field and in its region which have wiki pages, it seems to meet the notability standard. I did this to gain the experience of creating a new article from scratch after spending many months doing minor, then increasingly significant edits.
I thoroughly researched this article from 3rd party sources, and cited them for every fact. It is not deliberately promotional. Perhaps you could provide me with some guidance about where it appears promotional. I would be glad to make modifications to make it more acceptable.
