Koch Industries and Notability

[edit]

In the book "Kochland: The Secret History of Koch Industries and Corporate Power in America", the author says that the Pine Bend refinery was the site of a vicious fight between Koch, its new owner, and the entrenched union. When management won, they used its location to refine sulphur-rich Canadian oil and weather OPEC sanctions. If the moderator gods would allow I'd like to write a section on that. 2603:7000:D03A:5895:D58A:BDF9:8B9:F85D (talk) 13:41, 3 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
