Toxicity

The statement of toxicity in the lead should be clarified, as-is, generically worded, it appears to be simply wrong. For example, in acute oral doses, the compound is not "highly toxic". Prolonged exposure, especially through inhalation, seems to be the main problem. The remark about decomposition most likely refers to a fire.
