I suggest adding a portion of the official description from the Ministry website itself: <redacted>

From my understanding of the relevant laws, it is not copyright infringement to reproduce the text here. This is an attempt to clean up the MANY incorrect articles on Danish government structures. Eg: Almost all the Danish ministries on Wikipedia are named incorrectly with made-up names. This article is an attempt to correct and expand on the "Minister for Women's Rights (Denmark)" as no such minister have ever existed. VoodooMoodoo (talk) 20:11, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Reproducing text without the permission from the copyright holder is a problem, whether it is for public distribution or not, because by placing it on Wikipedia the material will be edited and reproduced in commercial works later. Brief quotations may be used but only to illustrate a point, establish context, or attribute a point of view or idea. VernoWhitney (talk) 15:31, 31 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
