Don't forget Warrington!

[edit]

Don't Mayne operate in Warrington as well? They mainly offer a coach service.

Stagecoach Takeover

[edit]

I don't know if the coaching business will pass to stagecoach or not - it is on a separate site to Clayton

Coach Service

[edit]

The website in the references confirms Mayne's coach service in warrington will not be affected.

Bus fleet transfer

[edit]

There was at least one "supposed stocklist" around at the time of transfer, showing 38 vehicles. It was established that one vehicle Mayne No. 6, regn F 711 LFG to become Stagecoach 15374 had actually been sold in 2006. Therefore only 37 vehicles were transferred.

It is beleived that the "stocklist" was correct at the time Mayne decided to sell the bus opersation, but in the interim the sale of No. 6 was made --Keith 15:19, 1 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
