Merge with May-June List

[edit]

We're almost halfway through the month of July and have only seen one confirmed tornado in the US. I have no doubt that the list will remain too short for this article to stand on its own. So should this be merged with List of United States tornadoes from May to June 2012? Or should we wait until August and move it then? We already have a couple three-month lists on the site already. What I planned to do was merge it with August when the month is over (provided it dosen't pull an April'11 on us), but if we have less than 15 or 20 tornadoes this month then it could be merged the way you suggested. United States Man (talk) 03:13, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Probably in the next couple of days I will add August because after NCDC reports come out this list will be too long to combine with May and June. United States Man (talk) 05:50, 29 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Coordinates

[edit]

Can we discuss the coordinate issue here and not in an edit war please? I agree that with Nyttend. Without actual coordinates the template registers an error. I don't see why we can't just wait to add the template back in when NCDC comes out. We usually omit it anyway if the coordinates are not currently available.
