Color

Khaki is a pretty loose term, I'd like to see its use limited to light tan or brownish colors. This is consistent with KD, sometimes called "suntans" in WWII. Olive Drab is the color the US used to describe a greenish brown. Brown serge I think describes the brownish with some green color of typical British battledress. Khaki drill is associated with the cloth, and its light tan colour. Why is there a picture of what khaki drill is not, namely those WW1 enactors who are not wearing KD, but serge in a darker shade of khaki? Keith H99 (talk) 13:33, 29 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
