night photography

[edit]

he talks about how he is famous for this in the documentary on him. I'm not a photographer so I don't know the exact name of the technique, but he shoots at night when it is pitch black and uses a few high strength lights to shine onto one part of the building. The photo takes at least a few minutes, maybe hours. This is the exact photo he made in the documentary using this technique: Qi Zhong Stadium. if you know the name or more about this technique, please add it to the page.
