Moner Mohammad Abu-Salha

[edit]

The first American to die fighting for Islamic militants in Syria is, I believe, Moner Mohammad Abu-Salha, who carried out a suicide attack in May.[1] He was a member of Nusra Front. Is he one of the three mentioned in the article? Also would like to see a category for American Jihadists in Syria but not sure how it might be named. Or a list of article. A notable and growing phenomenon. -- GreenC 19:59, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Does the Post mention he is one of three to die? I looked twice and probably am missing it. -- GreenC 20:12, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Didn't look for that. Mind you, I only added the reference for the one claim, to replace a much poorer reference. I didn't add the text. You know, if this gets expanded and hits the DYK section (or ITN), you have a million views. Drmies (talk) 21:16, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
