What defines "primary cities?" The list seems to be decided arbitrarily based on a formula that eludes me, and indeed may be editorial in nature. Would it not be better to do away with this designation and simply place all but the anchor city in the "over 10,000" category instead? The alternative would be to place all of the micropolitan cities in the list, which would seem to be the intent behind the "primary" designation. Go2dell (talk) 06:22, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
