San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area and unrelated Trump mention

[edit]

For the third time I've undone a variant of this [1] edit.

  1. Canyon Lake is in Comal County. Comal County is part of the San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area. Why should this not be mentioned?
  2. The mention of the Trump boat parade is improperly sourced, and would not belong in the lead even if it were properly sourced. The source does not say the town is a rural enclave. It does not say the town been "made popular nationwide". It does not attribute this to multiple Trump boat parades. It does not attribute this to its "increasingly conservative residents". It does not even say that there has been even one Trump boat parade. It simply says that one was being planned. Meters (talk) 05:13, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
