Any Land Animals with this?

[edit]

Is it just various aquatic animals that are electric? I suppose it makes sense, as water conducts electricity. I'm just wondering if any land animals have this or if it'd be under a different name/category or a different phenomenon/ability/mechanism alltogether. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.192.14.161 (talk) 12:33, 15 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Oriental Wasps' stripes generate electricity from sunlight like solar panels.

Boghog, I see you're hoping to Vanc-ize this article. However it was begun with Doe, John M. style, so let's keep it that way - this is per policy as you well know. Sorry about the edit conflict, I was working on it at that very moment, along with other electro- articles. Chiswick Chap (talk) 13:10, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
