Kyra Belan (born 1947) is a visual artist, author and women's rights advocate known for her visual language[1] and artistic political activism.[2]
Life and education
[edit]Belan's doctoral dissertation, completed in 1992, is entitled "The Effect of Sexist Attitudes on the Perception of Visual Artists by Community College and University Students."[3]
