Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL) is the electric power transmission company of the Government of Punjab state in India, which is acting as State Transmission Utility (STU). It is also managing the State Load Despatch Center (SLDC) located in Patiala.It was formerly known as Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) Which was unbundled by Govt. of Punjab into two companies on 16-04-2010 as Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (POWERCOM) and Punjab State Transmission Corporation Ltd (TRANSCO). PSTCL maintains 400kV, 220kV and 132kV substations in the state of Punjab.
