NOVUS Glass is an international auto glass repair and replacement franchise-based business.[1]

As of 2017, NOVUS Glass is a part of Mondofix Inc., dba Fix Network World, headquartered in Blainville, Quebec.[2]

History

Novus Glass, dba Novus Inc., was founded in 1972 by Gerald Keinath.[3]

In 1985, the company converted into a franchise-based operation.[4]

In 1993, Canada-based Skidmore Group, formerly known as Trans Canada Glass International (TCGI), acquired all assets of Novus Inc., Novus Franchising, Inc., and related companies.[5]

In 2017, Mondofix Inc. dba Fix Network World entered into an agreement with Skidmore Group (formerly known as TCGI) to acquire 11 auto glass and aftermarket brands, including Novus Glass, Novus Franchising, Speedy Auto Glass USA, TCGI Australia, TCGI (Jersey), Novus Inc., Windshields.com, Transamerica Glass, Splashes Auto Spa, Shat R Proof Corp. and Windshield Doctor Canada for an undisclosed amount.[2]
