Ian Barrows (Born 14 January 1995) is a sailor who competed and bore the flag during the opening ceremony for the US Virgin Islands at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympic Games in Singapore, winning gold in the male single-handed dinghy category in the Byte CII.[1]. He also placed 2nd at the 2008 Optimist World Championships in Çeşme[2]
