Draft:Got Questions Ministries

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

GotQuestions.org is a fundamentalist[1] non-profit[2] Christian website that serves to answer theological questions from a Christian perspective. The website was the forerunner of Got Questions Ministries,[3] a parachurch ministry that runs a network of evangelical websites.[4] The organization is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.[5]

History

[edit]

In February 2002, S. Michael Houdmann launched GotQuestions.org; the website soon gained popularity. In 2005, the organization began to translate the pages that they regarded as the most important into different languages. The amount of volunteer staff working on the website steadily increased, and, currently, the organization has a team of over 200 volunteers.[6]
