Elad Moshe was born and raised in Jerusalem, of Kurdish-Iraqi-Ukrainian-Polish descent,[1] grew up in a culturally rich environment that significantly influenced his artistic expression. He graduated from the Nissan Nativ Acting Studio,[2] where he developed skills in acting, directing, and performance.

Elad Moshe adopted the alter ego of Dima XR around 2018[3].

Dima XR is a provocative and humorous rapper whose music and performances are characterized by a mix of satire and social commentary, delivered in an exaggerated Eastern European accent. He gained prominence in 2020 through platforms like TikTok[4] and YouTube[4], where he shares short videos that blend comedy and social commentary.

His 2024 EP, Cobra Basalon, brought him significant exposure and acclaim, showcasing his unique blend of Eastern European and Israeli cultural elements.
