Blas Ramón Rubio Lara (born 13 December 1950) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PRI. He served as a federal deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Sinaloa, as well as a local deputy of the LVI and LX Legislatures of the Congress of Sinaloa.[1]
