Draft:Alwyn Barr
Submission declined on 21 November 2021 by ThadeusOfNazereth (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: The sourcing has been improved, but there's still a lot of primary sources or references that only establish something's existence (like the WorldCat entry). The reviews are much better sources, but they only engage with a couple aspects of his work, and don't show that they've had a "significant impact...broadly construed" per WP:PROF ThadeusOfNazerethTalk to Me! 02:18, 21 November 2021 (UTC)
- Comment: Sources are mostly works by the subject, not about the subject, and are insufficient to establish notability. Also see WP:PROF. Greenman (talk) 10:26, 27 October 2021 (UTC)
