Summary

Description
English: These are multiple views of the mesquite bosque at the Desert National Wildlife Refuge in Clark County, Nevada, USA. Hard surface and rough dirt trails provide access to the entire perimeter of this extensive woodland. Travel through the interior of the bosque is not possible because mesquite has extremely sharp thorns. The bosque is immediately north of the visitor center, in easy walking distance. Corn Creek is nearby, it is possible this grove exists because of the unusually high water table at this location in the DNR.
