Summary

Description
English: DNA parts undergo two PCR reactions for the attachment of adaptors and linkers to reach the MODAL standard. Once the parts are in the MODAL format, overlap assembly methods like the Gibson assembly can be used to assembled the parts together. Sequence of the parts is directed by the position of the linkers.
