Summary

Description
English: A view of the Latah Valley neighborhood of Spokane, Washington, as seen from the Eagle Ridge development at its southern edge. New construction, and empty lots for sale, are in the foreground while the older portion of the neighborhood lies in the valley below. US Route 195 cuts through the valley, as does Latah Creek. The West Hills neighborhood of Spokane is in the left background while the South Hill area of Spokane is on the right. The Selkirk Mountains can be seen in the distance.
