Description
English: Lake Union seen from Capitol Hill (around St. Mark's Cathedral). In the background, Fremont Cut (part of Seattle Ship Canal) connects the lake with Puget Sound. Fremont and Gas Works Park are to the right of the canal, Queen Anne to the left; I-5 and Eastlake are in the forefront. The high Aurora Bridge and the lower Fremont Bridge span the canal.
