Summary

Description
English: Immunofluorescence pattern of double stranded DNA antibodies (crithidia). Produced using serum from a patient with lupus erythematosus on Crithidia luciliae with a FITC conjugate. Note the stained kinetoplast (found adjacent to the flagellum), indicating that dsDNA antibodies are present in the patient's serum.
